Funnily enough, Weave Magazine responded last night with an acceptance for "Snake Oil." Look for it in the premiere issue, due out October 2008.

Not much is happening lately in the writing corner. I've been working somewhat sporadically on some new poems, and I've just had a fit of submitting - four submissions in one day, to Literary Mama, Weave Magazine, DMQ Review and an anthology. Maybe they'll bear some fruit.
I'm currently applying for a scholarship to the Hedgebrook Writers in Residence Program for Women Writers for the 2009 fellowship season.
